WEB DESIGN AND DIGITAL FOOTPRINT
Before they call, they look. What do they find?
Your digital footprint is every place a customer checks before they decide: Google Business Profile, maps, reviews, your site, your socials, the directories you forgot about. We audit all of it as a customer would, then design and fix it in the order of what it is costing you.
THE SHIFT
The website is one of ten places you are being judged.
Most web design starts with the homepage. Customers do not. They start with a search, a map pin, a star rating, and a photo someone else took. By the time they reach your site, they have already formed an opinion, or they never reach it at all. A beautiful site behind a wrong phone number and a three-year-old photo is a beautiful site nobody sees.
So we widened the job. Web design at Golden Scope Partners means the whole footprint: what shows up, whether it is right, whether it is current, and whether a customer can act on it from a phone in thirty seconds. The site is the centerpiece, and it is connected to everything around it.
THE FOOTPRINT
Ten places a customer checks. Ten questions we ask on your behalf.
Google Business Profile
Are the hours right? Is the category right? Are there photos from this year?
Claimed, categorized, complete, and synced to the site so a holiday closure updates both.
Reviews
What is the rating, how recent is the last one, and did anyone reply?
A request flow that asks at the right moment, and replies that sound like the owner, not a template.
The website
Does it answer the first three questions a new customer has, above the fold, on a phone?
Redesign or refresh around one primary action. See Smart Sites.
Speed and mobile
Does it load before they give up? Does the menu open with a thumb?
Core Web Vitals passing on mobile, images sized, scripts cut.
Your name in search
What shows up when someone searches your business name plus 'reviews' or 'hours'?
Own the first page for your own name: profile, site, socials, and the directories that matter.
Listings and citations
Does Yelp say one phone number and Apple Maps another?
One name, address, and phone everywhere, with the dead listings closed.
Social profiles
When was the last post, and does the bio link go somewhere useful?
Profiles that match the brand, link to the right page, and are fed by a plan, not guilt.
Photos
Do the photos look like the place today, or the place five years ago?
A current photo set shot once and used everywhere: profile, site, menus, listings.
Booking and ordering
Can they act right now, or does the page say 'call us' and nothing else?
Booking, quotes, or ordering live on the site and connected to your calendar or POS.
Response
When they message, email, or call after hours, what happens?
Missed-call text-back, same-day replies, and a concierge that answers the routine questions.
HOW WE DESIGN
Judged by the calendar, not by the awards.
One action per page
Every page exists to produce one thing: a call, a booking, an order, a direction request. Everything on the page either helps that or leaves.
Phone first, always
Most local customers will only ever see your site on a phone, often while standing somewhere. We design there first and let the desktop inherit.
Real photos, real words
Stock photos and stock copy are how a site ends up looking like every competitor. We shoot the place and write the way the owner talks.
Fast enough to not notice
Speed is a design decision. We size the images, cut the scripts, and test on a mid-range phone on a weak signal, because that is your customer.
Accessible by default
Contrast, labels, keyboard paths, and readable type. Accessibility is a floor, not a feature, and it makes the site better for everyone.
Approved before built
You see mockups of your real pages with your real content and sign off before we write code. No surprises at launch.
THE PROCESS
Five steps. The first one is looking, not designing.
Footprint audit
We check every touchpoint above as a customer would, on a phone, and score each one. You get a one-page scorecard and a fix list ordered by what it is costing you, not by what is easiest.
Design
Two design directions for your key pages, built on real content and real photos. We design for the calendar and the phone, not for awards. You approve mockups before build.
Rebuild or refresh
Sometimes the whole site. Often the five pages that matter, plus the profile, the listings, and the photos. We protect your search rankings through the switch with redirects and testing.
Workflow fixes
Where does the form go? Who answers the chat? How does a booking become an invoice? We fix the handoffs behind the site so a new lead does not fall between two apps.
Measure for 90 days
Calls, forms, bookings, direction requests, profile views, and reviews, before and after. If something we changed is not working, we change it again.

THE WORKFLOW BEHIND THE SITE
A form nobody answers is a leak with a nice design.
Half the "website problems" we are asked to fix are workflow problems. The form goes to a former employee's inbox. The booking tool does not know about the calendar. The chat widget was never trained. We fix the handoffs, and when a business is ready, we build the dashboard that shows all of it in one place.
