Privacy Rights

California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information at any time. Here is how Goldenscope handles those requests.
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), gives California residents the right to direct businesses not to sell or share their personal information, and to limit the use of certain sensitive personal information.
This page explains how Goldenscope Partners LLC handles those requests.
Goldenscope does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. We may, however, allow certain analytics and advertising partners to receive limited identifiers and usage data through cookies and similar technologies in a way that could be classified as "sharing" or "cross-context behavioral advertising" under the CCPA/CPRA.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of that activity at any time, free of charge, and without being penalized for doing so.
Email privacy@goldenscope.com from the address associated with your account or demo request, with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share, California." Include your full name and, if relevant, the company you submitted on our consultation form so we can locate the correct record.
We will process your request within fifteen business days and confirm completion by reply email. We do not require you to create an account to submit this request.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly before completing the request.
We honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal as a valid opt-out preference for the browser and device transmitting it. If you have GPC enabled, no further action is required for that browser.
Goldenscope does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by the CCPA/CPRA without offering a right to limit such use.
We will not deny services, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your CCPA/CPRA rights.
