Information on this site about the Scope Engine, individual agents, the consultation process, and pricing is provided for informational purposes. No content on the site constitutes a binding offer.

Any actual engagement is subject to a separate written agreement signed by Goldenscope and the client.

You agree not to misuse the site. You will not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape or harvest content at scale, transmit malware, or use the site in any manner that violates applicable law.

The site, including all text, images, illustrations, sketches, code, and other materials, is owned by Goldenscope or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Goldenscope, the Scope Engine, and related names and logos are trademarks of Goldenscope Partners LLC. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

If you submit information through the site, including consultation requests or messages, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a limited license to use that information to respond to your request and to operate our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldenscope and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold Goldenscope harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising under these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
