Information on this site about the Scope Engine, individual agents, the consultation process, and pricing is provided for informational purposes. No content on the site constitutes a binding offer.

Any actual engagement is subject to a separate written agreement signed by Golden Scope Partners and the client.

You agree not to misuse the site. You will not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape or harvest content at scale, transmit malware, or use the site in any manner that violates applicable law.

The exclusive venue for any dispute arising under these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
