Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated · April 25, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the conduct expected of anyone interacting with our website and services.

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the conduct expected of anyone using the website, the Scope Engine, or any other service operated by Goldenscope Partners LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company ("Goldenscope", "we", "us", "our").

This AUP supplements, and does not replace, our Terms and Conditions and any signed agreement between Goldenscope and a client. Where a signed agreement contains stricter obligations, those obligations control.

2. Who this policy applies to

This AUP applies to every visitor, prospect, client, agent, contractor, and end user that accesses or interacts with our site or services, whether or not they have a paid engagement with Goldenscope. If you allow others to use access provisioned to you, you are responsible for their conduct under this AUP.

3. Prohibited activity

You may not use the site or services to violate any applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation, or the rights of others.

You may not transmit unsolicited commercial messages ("spam"), chain letters, phishing attempts, malware, ransomware, or any other harmful, deceptive, or destructive code.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, network, or data, including by probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our infrastructure without prior written authorization.

You may not scrape, crawl, mine, or otherwise harvest content, data, or contact information at scale, whether manually or through automated means, without our express written consent.

You may not impersonate any person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation with any party, or forge headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of any submission.

You may not interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the site, the services, or the networks connected to them, including through denial-of-service techniques or excessive automated requests.

You may not use the services to generate, distribute, or facilitate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, prompts, models, or workflows that power the Scope Engine, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Content and submission standards

Anything you submit to us, including consultation requests, briefs, prompts, and uploaded materials, must be accurate, lawful, and free of content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to share any data or materials you submit, and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, or duty of confidentiality.

Do not submit sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, or protected health information) through the public site unless we have explicitly agreed in writing to receive it.

5. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials or access tokens we issue to you. Do not share credentials, and use unique, sufficiently strong passwords.

Notify us immediately at security@goldenscope.com if you suspect any unauthorized access, credential compromise, or other security incident affecting your use of the services.

6. Use of AI and automation

The Scope Engine uses agentic AI together with human review. When you use outputs generated by the Engine, you remain responsible for verifying their accuracy and suitability before relying on or distributing them.

You may not use the services to build a competing product, to train a competing model, or to evaluate the services for the purpose of replicating them.

You may not use the services to generate content intended to deceive, manipulate, or defraud, including synthetic media impersonating real individuals without their consent.

7. Third-party services and integrations

The site and services may interoperate with third-party platforms, including CRMs, email providers, social networks, and analytics tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them when you connect them to the Engine.

Goldenscope is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, and connecting them does not extend Goldenscope's obligations to cover those services.

8. Reporting violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, including suspected security incidents, abuse, or unlawful content, report it to abuse@goldenscope.com with as much detail as you can share. We investigate reports promptly and take action where appropriate.

9. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing warnings, removing content, throttling or rate-limiting access, suspending or terminating access to the site or services, and cooperating with law enforcement.

Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without notice and without refund. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

Our decision not to enforce any provision of this AUP in a particular instance does not waive our right to enforce it later.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or operational practices. The "Last updated" date below indicates when the most recent revision took effect. Continued use of the site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
